Valentine's Day

We had a lot of fun this Valentine's Day.  Hayden helped me get ready for it all week by decorating and making Valentine's Day cards.  He helped me make this heart garland for our kitchen:

 

Here are the kids finding all the Valentine's treats:

and here are the heart-shaped cinnamon rolls I made for breakfast.  

Unfortunately they look better than they tasted :(.  I rolled them the night before, and somehow I think that messed them up.  All the cinnamon and butter just seeped to the bottoms and carmelized instead of being evenly spread throughout.  And they didn't stay rolled very tightly, I am not sure why.  But they were cute, next year I will just have to try to make them the same day.  We also had stuffed-shell lasagne for dinner and strawberry shortcakes for dessert.  Yum.  Then we had an FHE on how Heavenly Father shows his love for us, and how we can show our love for others.
